Maria Laarni Cayetano is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as mayor of Taguig City in Metro Manila.
In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for congresswoman under the Nacionalista Party and defeated Michelle Anne Gonzales of the ruling PDP-Laban Party. In 2022, she ran for mayor under the same party and won over Arnel Cerafica of the Partido Pilipino sa Pagbabago (PPP).
