Melchor D. Diclas is a Filipino Physician and politician. Currently, he is serving as the governor of Benguet Province in the Cordillera Region of the Philippines. He ran for re-election in the May 9, 2022 elections where he won over Robert Namoro of PFP, Jerry Marave of KBL and two other candidates. In 2025, he is running for his third and last term as governor.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran under the ruling PDP-Laban Party and defeated incumbent governor Crescencio C. Pacalso. He ran for re-election in 2022 under the same party and won over Robert Namoro of Philippine Federal Party (PFP), Jerry Marave of Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL), and two other candidates.
