Ferdinand Tubban is a Filipino politician. He served as governor of the Kalinga Province in the Philippine Cordillera Region. Previously, he was the mayor of Tabuk City.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated incumbent Vice Governor James Edduba, his nearest opponent by just 10 votes. He ran for re-election in 2022 but he lost to James Edduba.
