Bryan Celeste is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as mayor of Alaminos City in Pangasinan Province, Ilocos Region, Philippines. He was elected as mayor in 2019 at age 22, making him the youngest ever to be elected in that position in the whole province of Pangasinan.
As the barangay captain of Barangay Magsaysay, he was elected president of the Liga ng mga Barangay in the city and in the province thereby making him the ex-officio member of the provincial council.
