Are you tired from your work? Are you so stressed with the heavy traffic that bedevil most of
Bangkok’s roads? Why not go and be rejuvenated at
Chatuchak Park – one of the most popular parks in the capital of
Thailand. It is located on the north side of
Chatuchak Market along the busy Phahonyothin Road. It is adjacent to BTS Morchit Station so accessibility is not a problem. See map for exact location.
The park was built in 1980 and has an area of 0.304 square kilometres.

It is a good place to jog in the morning or early evening or to just sit on one of the benches and observe the environment.

Palm trees everywhere.

Trees are well-pruned.

You may also squat under the shade of the trees and meditate.

Flowers galore

There is a big parking lot opposite the park but it is easily filled so you have to park very early in the morning.
