Jose B. Pujalte Jr. is a Filipino orthopedic surgeon, hospital administrator, and government official. Since July 2026, he serves as Secretary of the Department of Health (DOH) of the Philippines.

Previously, Dr. Pujalte was the Medical Center Chief of the Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC) in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
