The 57th (2025) edition of Mutya ng Pilipinas beauty pageant was held on November 17 at the FilOil Center in San Juan City, Metro Manila. At the end of the event, five winners were selected. Mutya ng Pilipinas-Intercontinental 2024 Alyssa Redondo crowned Christina Vanhefflin of Leyte as her successor, Mutya ng Pilipinas-World Top Model 2024 Anne Klein Castro passed her crown to Naomi Wainwright of Parañaque City, Miss Tourism International 2024 Lianna Barrido crowned Andrea Endicio of Candelaria, Quezon, Miss Global 2025 5th placer Xena Ramos relinquished her Mutya ng Pilipinas-Charity crown to Ali Hanee Posueamualto of Makati, and the Mutya ng Pilipinas-Overseas Communities crown was awarded to Mahalia Bangit of Melbourne, Australia.
The other winners were Mutya ng Pilipinas-Luzon Landzy Blyss Maranann, Mutya ng Pilipinas-Visayas Eunice Deza, Mutya ng Pilipinas-Mindanao Juliana Fresado, and Mutya ng Pilipinas-Kultura Glezette Garcia.
