The third edition Miss Grand Philippines beauty pageant was held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay, Metro Manila on September 29, 2024. The hosts of the event were Dyan Castillejo, KC Montero, and Jasmine Omay.

At the end of the event, Nikki de Moura of Cagayan de Oro crowned her successor Christine Opiaza of Castillejos, Zambales. The other winners were:
Universal Woman Philippines 2025 – Sophia Bianca Santos from Pampanga
Miss Teen International Philippines 2025 – Anna Margaret Mercado from Quirino
1st Runner Up – Jubilee Therese Acosta from Manila
2nd Runner Up – Alexandra Mae Rosales from Laguna
