Miss Elite World 2024 beauty pageant competition took place at Somabay, a modern town resort in the Red Sea, Egypt on September 14, 2024. At the end of the event, Miss Elite 2023 Mejreme Hajdaraj of Kosovo crowned her successor Juvyel Anne Saluta from the Philippines.

2nd Runner-Up – Irene Grande from Spain
3rd Runner-Up – Sofía González from Mexico
4th Runner-Up – Tawana Sheldrick from Indonesia
