Arrey A. Perez is a Filipino business executive and former government official. He served a undersecretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways for Operations in charge of Convergence Projects and Technical Services. He was formerly the president and chief executive officer of Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), the Philippine government agency responsible for transforming the 2,367-hectare Clark Civil Aviation Complex (CCAC) into the premier global civil aviation logistics hub of Southeast Asia.
