Vic Ruskin Ong is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as vice mayor of Gloria municipality in Oriental Mindoro Province. He also served as president of Sacred Heart Academy of Gloria Alumni Association Inc.

Atty. Vic Ruskin M. Ong ran for mayor in 2016 but lost to Bitoy Rodegerio. He ran for vice mayor in 2019 and won over Nick Orlan Jamilla. In 2022, he ran for re-election as vice mayor but lost to Rambo Alvarez.
