Alice Leal Guo is a Filipino businesswoman and politician. She is currently serving as mayor of Bamban, a municipality in Tarlac Province in Central Luzon Region or Region 3, Philippines. She is the first lady Mayor in the history of Bamban.

During the senate investigation in 2024, Mayor Alice Leal Guo revealed that she owned a hog farm and a former part-owner of Zun Yuan Technology, a huge Chinese-controlled offshore gaming company based in Anupul village in Bamban.

On June 3, 2024, the Office of the Ombudsman issued a suspension order against Mayor Alice Leal Guo for up to six months in connection with the graft charges filed by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
