Brigido Dulay Biography

Brigido Dulay is a Filipino lawyer, business executive, broadcaster and government official. He is currently serving as Inspector General of the Internal Affairs Service of the Philippine National Police. Previously, he was Undersecretary for finance, administration, and personnel services of the Department of Justice. He also served as Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs during the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.
