Joseph Lechonsito is a Filipino physician and politician. He served as mayor of the city of Tacurong in Sultan Kudarat Province, Region 12, Philippines. In 2022, he ran for mayor under Lakas-CMD and defeated incumbent mayor Lino Montilla of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) by a slim margin.
