Vilma B. Caluag is a Filipino businesswoman and politician. She is currently serving as mayor of the city of San Fernando in Pampanga Province, Region III, Philippines. In 2022, she ran for mayor under PDP-Laban and defeated Rosve Henson of Kambilan, Jimmy Lazatin of Aksyon, Oscar Rodriguez of Liberal Party (LP) and independent candidate Sandy Quiwa. She is the first woman to be elected as mayor of San Fernando.
