Charlie Gonzales is a Filipino entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist. He is the founder and president of Ulticon Builders Incorporated, one of the largest construction companies in Mindanao particularly Davao Region. The company was founded in 1993.

Charlie Gonzales was one of the biggest contributors to the cash prizes given to Filipino medalists in the 2022 ASEAN Games held in Vietnam. In 2020, his company also gave financial assistance to Filipino Olympians in Japan.
