Kurt Matthew Teves is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as ex-officio board member of Negros Oriental Province. As the current barangay captain of Barangay Malabugas in Bayawan City, he was elected as president of the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) in the province in 2018. At 22 years old, he is so far the youngest to hold the position of ABC president.
