Vicente Homer Revil Biography

Vicente Homer Revil is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as vice governor of Masbate Province in the Bicol Region, Philippines.

At present Atty. Revil is the head of Constitutional Reform Movement (CORE) that is spearheading the gathering of signatures for charter change (Cha Cha) in cooperation with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

The group is being criticized for using coronavirus pandemic to advance their political agenda.
