Donald L. Mongolnon is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as vice mayor of Banaue, a municipality of Ifugao Province in the Cordillera Region of Northern Luzon, Philippines.

In the May 13, 2019, Don Don Mongolnon ran as an independent candidate for vice mayor and defeated Hygelac Cayong of the National Unity Party (NUP). He was reelected as vice mayor in 2022.

In the 2025 election, Dondon Mongolnon ran for mayor as an independent and won over incumbent mayor Joel Bungallon.
