Caesar Perez is a Filipino politician. He was a former mayor of Los Baños, a municipality of Laguna Province in Southern Tagalog Region or CaLaBaRZon. Previously, he served as vice governor of Laguna.

On December 3, 2020, Mayor Perez was shot inside the municipal building of Los Baños. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
