John Raymund Wesley Dulawan is a Filipino physician and politician. He served as mayor of Banaue, a municipality of Ifugao Province in the Cordillera Region of Northern Luzon, Philippines.
In the May 13, 2019 election, Dr. Wes Dulawan ran under the ruling PDP-Laban Party and defeated independent candidates Joel Bungallon, Placido Wachayna, and Raul Ballogan.
