Karl Bugao Baac is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as mayor of Rizal, a municipality of Kalinga Province in Cordillera Region, Philippines.
Running under the ruling PDP-Laban Party in the 2019 election, Karl Baac defeated Chrismark dela Cruz of the National Unity Party (NUP) and independent candidate Efraim Orodio.
