Noel Luistro is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving his second term as mayor of Mabini Municipality in the province of Batangas, CaLaBaRZon Region, Philippines. Running under the banner of Nacionalista Party (NP) in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over Bayani Villanueva of the ruling PDP-Laban Party.
In the 2016 election, he defeated police officer Richard Villanueva, brother of former mayor Nilo Villanueva.
