Diego Ty is a Filipino politician. He served as congressman of the first legislative district of Misamis Occidental Province. Running under the National Unity Party (NUP) in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Jason Almonte of the Nacionalista Party and Bonifacio Macas of PDDS-DPP. In 2022, he ran for re-election but lost.
