Synopsis

Utopia is a film related to the drug problem of the Philippines. It tells the stories of a videographer, a rookie police officer and an undercover agent of PDEA, the government agency entrusted to solve the drug problem. Their lives are intertwined in the increasingly violent, crime-filled inner part of Metro Manila.
