Jose Gullitiw is a Filipino teacher and politician. In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for the position of governor of Ifugao Province under the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) party but he was defeated by incumbent mayor of Banaue Jerry Dalipog.
