Maria Rosa Mystica Church (วัดแม่พระกุหลาบทิพย์) is a Catholic church located in Lad Phrao District, Bangkok, Thailand. It was established in 1998 through the generosity of Mr. Thananu Chaicharee. The church is a two-story building with the ground floor used as parking area but sometimes converted into a social hall. A lift is provided for the convenience of parishioners especially seniors and persons with disability.

The Church is the home of the Virgin of Peñafrancia Association (VOPA) in Bangkok. At the backside of the church is a small chapel  that contains an image of Our Lady of Peñafrancia.
