The 2025 (9th) edition of Mister Tourism World Philippines was held on August 2, 2025 at Solano Hotel Convention Hall, Lipa City, Batangas. At the end of the event, Granville Raymundo of the Cordillera Administrative Region was proclaimed the grand winner. Jaime Kjel Velasco of Pampanga was selected as the first runner up and Ezriah Gigante of Olongapo City was the second runner up.

Note: Jaime Kjel Velasco and Ezriah Gigante later resigned from their respective crowns for personal reasons. Joshua Magat Dizon of Laguna was then appointed as first runner up and Charles Bradford as second runner up.
