Nisha Bedaña first appeared on television when she auditioned for The Voice Teens Philippines and picked judge Sarah Geronimo as her coach. She became a semi-finalist. In 2019, she joined the Tawag Ng Tanghalan singing competition but failed to win.
On July 30, 2022, Nisha Bedaña auditioned at Idol Philippines where she sang Saan Darating Ang Umaga by Lani Misalucha. All the four judges namely Gary Valenciano, Moira de la Torre, Regine Velasquez, and Chito Miranda gave their approval for her to go to the next round.
