Liseldo Calugay is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as mayor of Sual, a municipality of Pangasinan Province in the Ilocos Region of northern Philippines. In the May 13, 2019 elections, he defeated Nacionalista Party candidate John Rodney Arcinue, son of outgoing mayor Roberto Arcinue.
In the 2022 elections, Dong Calugay ran for re-election under API and defeated former First District Congressman Jesus “Boying” Celeste who ran under the Nacionalista Party.
