Tyson Venegas is a Filipino-Canadian singer and model. In 2023, he joined the American Idol singing competition and earned the first-ever platinum ticket after he performed Billy Joel’s New York State of Mind while playing the piano.

In 2019, he was one of the contestants in the ABS-CBN singing competition The Voice Teens season 2.

Singing Career
In 2016, Tyson Venegas performed at the Carnegie Hall in New York. He appeared on the Little Big Shots in 2018.

On February 23, 2019, Tyson appeared on the stage to audition for the second season of The voice Teens Philippines aired by ABS-CBN. He sang Sam Cooke’s “A Change Is Gonna Come” and coaches Apl.de.Ap, Lea Salonga, and Sarah Geronimo turned for him. In the end, he chose Apl.de.Ap as his coach.
