Athletic Career
As a young student, Ian got involved in golf and martial arts especially in Tae kwon Do. Later, he trained under Olympian and Action Star Monsour Del Rosario and became part of the Philippine team.

Showbiz Career
Ian started acting when he was cast in the 2014 indie film Ang Bagong Dugo starring Joem Bascon and directed by Val Iglesias. In 2018, he became part of the cast of GMA television series Victor Magtanggol starring Alden Richards.
