Florencio Garay is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as mayor of Bislig City in Surigao Del Sur Province in Caraga Region. Running under the banner of Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over Rolando Millan of the ruling PDP-Laban Party and independent candidates Jupiter Catian and Manuel Octubre.
