Shirley Abundo is a Filipino politician. She served as vice governor of Catanduanes Province in the Bicol Region. Previously, she was elected as a member of the provincial board.
In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for vice governor under the banner of Partido Federal Ng Pilipinas (PFP) Party and won over Roderick Tapel of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and independent candidate Emmanuel Rodulfo.
She challenged incumbent Joseph Cua for governor in the May 9, 2022 but lost.
