Carlito David is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as vice governor of Tarlac Province in Central Luzon Region or Region 3, Philippines.

In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for vice governor under the banner of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and won over Pearl Pacada of Lakas Party. In 2022, he ran for re-election and defeated Marcelino Aganon Jr. of PROMDI.
