Shirlyn Banas Nograles is a Filipino politician. She is serving as congresswoman of the lone legislative district of General Santos City in South Cotabato Province in the SoCSKSarGen Region or Region 12, Philippines.
She ran for congresswoman under the ruling PDP-Laban Party in the May 13, 2019 election and defeated Arturo Cloma of the Nationalist People’s Coalition and independent candidates Clemencia Cataluña and Abelardo Plaza. She opted to run for mayor in 2022 but lost.
