Eleandro Jesus Madrona is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the lone legislative district of Romblon Province in MiMaRoPa Region, Philippines.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congressman under the Nacionalista Party (NP) and defeated former congressman and governor Eduardo “Lolong” Firmalo of the Liberal Party (LP). In the 2022 elections, he ran for re-election and won over Joey Venancio of Aksyon Demokratiko Party.

In August, 2019, the anti-graft court Sandiganbayan issued a 90-day suspension order against Eleandro Madrona in connection with the graft case he is facing for the alleged irregular purchase of fertilizers in 2004. He has filed a petition for the dismissal of the case.
