Marisol “Sol” Aragones-Sampelo is a Filipino politician and former broadcaster . She is currently serving as governor of Laguna Province, CaLaBaRZon Region, Philippines. She ran for governor under the Nacionalista Party (NP) in the May 9, 2022 but lost to incumbent Governor Ramil Hernandez. She supported the presidential bid of then Vice President Leni Robredo.
In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for congresswoman under the Nacionalista Party (NP) and defeated independent candidates Ma. Cristina Villamor and King Mediano.
