Victor Yap is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the second legislative district of Tarlac Province Province. Running under the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated independent candidate Jorge De Los Reyes.
