Geraldine Roman is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving her second term as congresswoman of the first legislative district of Bataan Province. The first district is composed of the municipalities of Abucay, Hermosa, Orani, and Samal.

In 2016, Geraldine Roman ran for congress under the Liberal Party and won over Danny Malana of Akyon Demokratiko. In 2019 election, she ran for re-election under the ruling PDP-Laban Party and defeated Emy Lubag of Katipunan ng Demokratikong Pilipino (KDP). She ran for her third term in 2022 under Laka-CMD without any opponent.

Geraldine Roman is the first and only transgender to become a member of the Philippine Congress.

On December 28, 2020, President Rodrigo Duterte included the name of Congressman Roman in the list of corrupt officials although the president himself admitted that there is no evidence yet. Comgressman Roman denied the accusation saying that it is totally unfair.
