Alyssa Sheena Tan (Isabela) Biography

Sheena Tan is a Filipino accountant, lawyer and politician. She is the currently serving as mayor of Santiago City in Isabela Province, Philippines. Previously, she was the congresswoman of the fourth legislative district of Isabela.

In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congresswoman under the Partido Federal Ng Pilipinas and defeated former Congressman Giorgidi Aggabao of the Nationalist People’s Coalition. In 2022, she ran for mayor of Santiago City and won over Joseph “Otep” Miranda and three other candidates.

Controversies

On December 29, 2020, President Rodrigo Duterte mentioned the name of then Congresswoman Tan as one of those corrupt officials who got bribe money on government projects although the former added that there is no evidence yet. Congresswoman Tan vehemently denied the accusation.
