Nestor Fongwan is a Filipino politician. He was formerly the congressman representing the lone legislative district of Benguet Province. In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran under the ruling PDP-Laban and defeated former Mankayan Mayor Materno Luspian of Lakas Party and independent candidate Atty. Thorrsson Keith.
