Nic Galano is an aspiring Filipino singer. In May, 2019, he joined the audition for Idol Philippines, a reality television show of ABS-CBN Network. After singing “Kailangan Kita” of Gary Valenciano, the judges allowed him to sing another song, “Buwan” of JK Labajo. Except for James Reid, he got 3 “yeses” from the other judges allowing him to proceed to the next round.
During the Theatre Round, Nic joined the Power Pop Boys together with fellow Idol hopefuls Julian Lee Vasquez, Juancho Gabriel, and Enzo Almario. Their group sang Stitches by Shawn Mendes. Nic failed to move to the next level as only Enzo was selected from this group to advance to the next level.
Nic Galano is 22 years old from Ilagan City of Isabela Province. He is studying at FEATI University taking up BA Communications. Previously, he finished secondary education at Isabela Unified School (IUS) and elementary at the Casa Del NiƱo Montessori School of Ilagan.
