Karl Medina is a Filipino actor and model. He is the son of award-winning actor Pen Medina. Actors Ping and Alex Vincent Medina are his brothers. Karl studied Industrial Design at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. After graduation, he worked in a company doing product designing and packaging. Later, he put up an interior design business with the help of his friends. Additionally, he managed his own motorcycle and skateboard shop.
Showbiz Career
With the help of his father, karl underwent an intensive acting workshop in 2013 in preparation for his entry in the entertainment field. His first project was a lead role in the independent film The Guerilla is a Poet where he played Jose Maria Sison, the founder of the Communist Party of the Philippines.
